A series of prints from a set of eight collograph plates, of images of fossils, found on the foreshore of Lyme Regis beach.

Fleet Moorings

A series of collograph prints of moored boats on the fleet lagoon.

The images from this work are based on the Fleet lagoon and the fossil shore of Lyme Regis from a series of collograph plates using textures made up form carborundum grit, acrylic modelling paste, and pva adhesive. The artist has explored the use of the printing medium to create highly textural images through the combination of intaglio, relief, rag-wipe and overprinting with different colours and printing one plate over another creating multi images.
