Christmas is in the Bag at Brewers Quay!

Brewers Quay extends a seasonal warm welcome and invites you to celebrate the magical sights, sounds and tastes of Christmas at our annual festival! - Enjoy the tradition of shopkeepers in Victorian costume, and catch the smell of Christmas lunch drifting through the air from the Courtyard Restaurant.

Our indoor shopping village will be beautifully decorated and bursting with thousands of imaginative gift ideas from our 20 specialist stores – everything from gift hampers to hand made chocolates - candles and collectible glassware to festive candles – nautical and nostalgia products to fine collector’s pieces – local crafts, leather & patchwork and a tempting range of seasonal provisions to add a little sparkle to any Christmas pantry. As an added bonus, Brewers Quay will even take care of your gift-wrapping in Quay Moments.

As well as shopping, there is a free exhibition in Weymouth Museum, family attractions and a full programme of carol singing by local schools and choirs.

At weekends, visit our fairytale SANTA'S GROTTO – bigger and better than ever before, but still only £1 entry per child. Every child receives a small gift donated by Brewers Quay, and half of all proceeds will be donated to local charity CLIC Sargent.

The LIGHT UP A LIFE remembrance service in Hope Square will be held on Tuesday 25th November. After the service, from 7.30pm to 9pm, Brewers Quay will open for late night shopping, serving free teas and coffees and with entertainment from the Serenade choir. 20% of sales will be donated to the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust.

We will also be open until late on VICTORIAN SHOWNIGHT – Thursday 11th December – when we stage our own Christmas food market in Hope Square complete with roasted chestnuts and German Glühwein and Bratwurst sausages. A traditional steam organ provides atmospheric music in the Square while inside the shopping village we have tastings, entertainment and, of course, Santa in his grotto. Plus, selected stores will be offering 20% discounts to all shoppers!

As a special event this year Brewers Quay will also be hosting a REINDEER DAY on Sunday 7th December! Two real live reindeers will be penned outside the centre from 12 noon to 4pm, for everyone to pet and feed.

Brewers Quay is open seven days a week and entry into the shopping complex is free of charge. Traditional Christmas lunch packages are available to booked groups at £14.95 per person, as well as our seasonal restaurant menu.
